Welcome to Site Neighbor. By accessing or using our website, submitting request questionnaires, or purchasing our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully.

1. Scope of Services

Site Neighbor provides asynchronous website diagnostic, repair, update, and setup services for small businesses. All work is scoped and priced individually based on the details submitted in your request form. No work begins until you approve a quote and payment is complete.

2. Quote and Payment Agreement

All quotes sent by Site Neighbor are valid for the duration specified on your project details page. Fixed prices represent the complete cost of the outlined scope of work. Any requests outside the initial quote scope will require a separate intake request and quote.

All payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not offer terms or post-work invoicing for one-time fixes; payment must be complete in full before development begins.

3. Customer Responsibilities & Access Permissions

To successfully resolve your website request, you must provide necessary site access, logins, or domain configuration permissions as requested. You authorize Site Neighbor technicians to access your servers, panels, registrars, or hosting accounts solely to execute the approved scope of work.

We recommend changing all temporary passwords shared with us once the project is marked complete.

4. Project Timelines & Delivery

TIMELINES ARE ESTIMATES ONLY and start once payment is confirmed and all required access details/content elements are provided by the customer. Site Neighbor is not responsible for project delays caused by slow customer communications, incorrect host access details, or hosting provider outages.

5. Refunds & Warranty

Because our services involve custom coding and engineering labor, we do not offer refunds on completed or approved work. If you are unsatisfied with the staging review build, you may request revisions through the dashboard before approving the go-live. We offer a 14-day warranty on all completed fixes to ensure bugs do not reoccur.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Site Neighbor operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
